How do I create a school account?
Simply sign up using our registration form or via Google Social Login. Ensure your email is verified to securely access the dashboard.
Can I delete my account or export data?
To maintain data integrity and security, direct account deletion or data exports are not available to users. Please contact support for any compliance-related data inquiries.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We support Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking.
Are payments refundable?
As stated in our Refund Policy, all payments made on Pathshalaguru (subscriptions, fees, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
Please send an email to official.pathshalaguru@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue, screenshots (if any), and your school name. Our technical team will investigate and resolve it promptly.
